Meet Our Teachers: Kimberly Errigo, MCC

Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’ve been guiding others on the path of mindfulness, personal development, and embodied leadership since 1998. (I’m the founder of the Exhale Network, too.)  My work is rooted in deep listening, powerful questions, and a belief in each person’s innate wisdom.

Along the way, I’ve studied yoga, meditation, breathwork, neuroscience, psychology, and indigenous healing traditions.

I’ve had the honor of working with thousands of clients, from Fortune 500 leaders to everyday humans navigating real life.

I’m also a ceremonialist, mom, and lifelong learner who finds joy in dancing, travel, and really good chocolate.
